VoiceOut is a platform for authentic voice communication. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users. You may not use VoiceOut to post hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, illegal content, or threats. Any user found violating these rules will have their content removed and their account permanently banned without warning.2. User Moderation (Flagging & Blocking)
To keep the community safe, VoiceOut provides built-in tools to manage your experience:Blocking: You can block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot interact with you or listen to your posts.Reporting: You can flag objectionable content or abusive users directly in the app.Moderation: Our team reviews all flagged reports within 24 hours and will immediately remove offending content and ban users who violate our zero-tolerance policy.3. Data Collection and Device Permissions
To function properly, VoiceOut requests access to the following sensitive device sensors:Microphone Access: Required solely to record and upload your VoiceOut audio posts.Photo Library Access: Required solely if you choose to upload a custom profile avatar or banner.
Your audio and images are securely transmitted to our servers and are never sold to third-party data brokers.4. Data Retention and Account Deletion
You own your data. You may delete your account and all associated data (including recordings, text, and profile images) at any time by navigating to Settings > Delete Account within the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently scrubbed from our database. To request the permanent deletion of your VoiceOut account and all associated data, please send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. We will process your request and completely wipe your data within 30 days.5. Child Safety Standards and CSAM Policy
VoiceOut complies with all relevant child safety laws and maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the sexual exploitation of minors.Zero Tolerance: Any user found generating, uploading, sharing, or promoting CSAM will have their account immediately and permanently terminated.Reporting to Authorities: We actively report any instances of CSAM or child exploitation to the relevant law enforcement authorities and regional agencies.In-App Reporting: Users can report suspected child safety violations directly within the VoiceOut app by navigating to Settings > Contact Support, or emailing us directly at [email protected]. Our moderation team prioritizes and immediately investigates all child safety reports.6. Contact Us
